Vape Spot Smokes Inc. does not provide refunds for any products purchased from us (Vape Spot Smokes Inc.) unless due to a "Faulty Product" as mentioned below.
If you are seeking a refund or exchange due to any damaged or defective product, you must not only return the product to us in accordance with this Policy but also send us video evidence that clearly shows the damage, defect, or malfunction in the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product was damaged during transit to you, you must notify us and send us video evidence of the damage within 24 hours following your receipt of delivery of the product, and you must return the product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been damaged during use or due to mishandling on your part.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for your returned product. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used for the original purchase.
