Shipping & Same-day Deliveries:

Adhering to Federal and provincial regulations, Vape Spot ensures all goods are sold and distributed to customers above the age of 19. Consequently, all orders necessitate a signature and an ID verification during delivery by Vape Spot couriers or shipping through postal carriers. This compliance means that packages cannot simply be left at the doorstep or in a mailbox. For orders dispatched to a P.O. box address, they will be kept at the nearest Canada Post office for customer collection.

Vape Spot Courier Delivery:

If a customer is not at home during the delivery attempt, or if the purchaser is found to be underage, Vape Spot retains the right to charge a 25% restocking fee & charged delivery fee, which will be billed to the customer.

Postal Carrier Shipping :

Once an item departs from the Vape Spot warehouse and a tracking number has been issued, the package's responsibility falls under the purview of the designated carrier. Any delays or errors in delivery by courier services are entirely out of our control. Vape Spot cannot be held responsible or liable for orders that go missing during transit.

If your order hasn't arrived as expected, consider the following steps:

• Before initiating an investigation with the courier, please verify that the package hasn't been received by a concierge, roommate, or family member.
• Ensure your package has indeed exceeded the estimated shipping time given by the courier and that there are no delay announcements on either our website or the courier's.

• Once a courier investigation has been started, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team.
• The courier might reach out to you separately via phone or email to confirm the non-receipt of your order.
• Please note that a courier investigation could take up to 5 business days, and even longer in more complex cases.
• We regret to inform you that we must wait until the conclusion of this investigation before we can resend, refund, or otherwise manage the order.
